黄油烤鲍鱼

用橄榄油与黄油烤出来的烧烤料理

鲍鱼清理干净后将内脏与肉分开。鲍鱼肉横竖划出刀痕后放入料酒与盐、胡椒腌渍一段时间。烧热的锅内放入橄榄油与黄油、大蒜做成油酱。大蒜烤至半熟时,放入已清理干净的鲍鱼肉并前后煎烤均匀。将烤熟的鲍鱼肉放入已清理干净的鲍鱼外壳内,
